About TriStar Horizon
TriStar Horizon Medical Center has recently been recognized for excellence in quality by receiving the Leapfrog Group “A” Hospital Safety Score. TriStar Horizon, a fully accredited 157- bed community-based medical center, provides medical, surgical, obstetrical, emergency, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient services and a regional cancer center offering radiation oncology. Horizon has proudly provided quality healthcare to Dickson and surrounding counties for more than 50 years. Starting with a small group of doctors in 1958, TriStar Horizon medical staff has grown to over 300 members representing more than 20 specialties. All are board certified or board eligible.
TriStar Horizon is an Accredited Chest Pain Center increasing the likelihood of survival in a cardiac emergency by 37 percent. An affiliate of TriStar Health, TriStar Horizon provides access to the most comprehensive healthcare network in the region.
