Inpatient Rehabilitation
The TriStar Horizon Rehabilitation Center is a comprehensive, trans-disciplinary inpatient program. Each patient's medical care is directed by a physician board-certified in family practice, and rehabilitation services are directed by a physician board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Because helping patients achieve an independent lifestyle is a full-time job, our dedicated rehabilitation unit provides a 24 hour therapeutic environment. Treatment is customized to meet the individual needs of the patients and their caregivers.
